A vCard is what your phone and your mail client already speak. Exporting one takes a couple of taps, and because the format was designed for contacts rather than rows, it carries far more per person than a CSV usually does — no column mapping required.

    Export your address book

    Phones and mail clients offer this as “Export vCard” or “Share contacts”. Choose vCard rather than CSV — it carries more per contact.

    Upload the .vcf

    Drop the file in. The fields are already named, so there is nothing to map.

    Review and send

    Duplicates and malformed numbers are flagged before they cost you a send.
